"Getting Over the Scary Stuff - Tequila, Gin and Eggs".

As bartenders we frequently hear "oh, I ABSOLUTELY CANNOT drink gin (or tequila)". And this is usually because of a bad night of plastic bottle tequila shots in high school or cheap gin and bad tonic (both of which are gross) in college. We believe, however, that these are the two best ingredients with which to make cocktails and would like to offer the chance to break that taboo. Both gin and tequila have fascinating cultural and agricultural histories and the good ones are delicious! And while we're tackling these two cocktail boogie men, why not beat the egg (see what we did there?) worries too? Flips, fizzes and sours have a great place in the cocktail world. There's nothing to worry about...
